The Betpower Premier League in Ghana has been put on hold indefinitely.
The decision was made after an Injunction was filed on Wednesday at the Human Rights High Court by AshantiGold and served on lawyer of the GFA .
After receiving the Motion, the Ghana Football Association decided to put the league on hold until the determination of a Motion on Notice for Injunction by the court on October 14, 2022. All sponsors, clubs and partners have been informed of this development.
The Premier League was scheduled to enter Matchday 4 this weekend.
