The member of Parliament for Sissala West constituency in the Upper West region, Honorable Mohammed Adams Sukparu has done what can be classified as ‘unexpected’ in his constituency.
In a Facebook post made by Edem Agbana, deputy national youth organizer of the NDC, shows a picture of Honorable Mohammed Adams touring his constituency on a bicycle. All his aides were seen riding with bikes and following him up.
In Ghana, most MPs do tour their constituencies in cars and other means of transportation, but certainly not on bikes. Honorable Mohammed Adams has proved to be a bit different from the other MPs. He is however not the only MP to create such a ‘scene’ in his constituency. Ras Mubarak is believed to have done similar thing in his constituency
some Ghanaians have indeed heaped praises on the law maker for saving the nation a lot of money. Others revealed that the MP is just doing that for people to see that he is indeed working. Generally, he has been praised for taking this bold initiative.
